Prior to Kajeet, Zack was the Logistics Manager for Bumkins Finer Baby Products, a manufacturer of high-end baby products. Zack also served three years as a search and rescue commander in Israel’s Defense Forces. Zack earned his BBA in business management from Northern Arizona University.

Rich Steinle joined Carium in June 2022 as Chief Executive Officer where he is responsible for stewarding the company’s people, story and growth. Rich’s passions are developing high-performing teams, improving healthcare access and championing technology-enabled personalized patient care. His 30-year career spans enterprise, entrepreneurial health and human service ventures within managed care, software and technology, physician network development and consulting services. Rich previously served as President and CEO of Innovista Health Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Health Care Service Corporation, and a provider of delegated managed services for physician organizations navigating transitions in delivery, payment and efficiency models. Prior to his role at Innovista, Rich served as CEO and/or co-founder of multiple organizations focused on healthcare transformation, including primary care delivery, integrated physician networks, electronic health records and collaborative medical real estate solutions. Rich holds degrees in Economics and Management from James Madison University.
