Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky Wednesday addressed top tech entrepreneurs at the AI Summit in Europe via 3D hologram, appealing for their help to start rebuilding his war-ravaged country.

Saying digital transformation will be central to the rebuilding of Ukraine, Zelensky offered a digital lend-lease, a concept that accelerated aid to Europe during World War II, requesting financial and technological resources for the reconstruction of his country.
