Deloitte has announced the launch of a new immersive experience platform at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona this week.

The platform is designed to give businesses a space to build virtual spaces for their customers, partners and employees, and was developed alongside Vatom, a virtual platform provider. The new platform also includes an integrated digital wallet for offering loyalty points, point-of-sale redemption and more.

Deloitte created an immersive experience, “Mirror World,” to showcase the platform’s capabilities at MWC. The Mirror World experience features an interactive 3D “clubhouse” for sports fans, digital twins and simulations of factories, as well as an interactive learning experience for employees

"We're incredibly excited to build upon the rapid advancements in spatial computing and artificial intelligence to create meaningful immersive experiences for global audiences," said Michael Stephan, Deloitte’s  U.S. human capital leader. "We invite attendees at Mobile World Congress, both virtually and in-person, to experience Deloitte Unlimited Reality practice's 'Mirror World' and learn more about how these metaverse applications can impact their customers, operations and workforces."

Vatom leveraged its Web3 SaaS platform to create a seamless immersive experience, with features including drag-and-drop Smart Programmable Objects to “reward and incentivize” customer or workforce behavior, as well as access to a collection of digital assets and tokens of all metaverse experiences.

"We're pairing Deloitte's Unlimited Reality services with the Vatom platform to offer unprecedented power to organizations that are looking to learn more about and engage with their target audiences at scale,” said Eric Pulier, Vatom’s CEO. “With compliant data handling, and the world's leading consumer-friendly digital wallet we are launching a truly significant experience with Deloitte that can drive real business outcomes for every company."
