Siemens has launched a new experience center at the Smart Factory @ Wichita. The new center, eXplore Live, was created in partnership with Deloitte and was designed to showcase emerging Industry 4.0 technologies and how businesses can harness them.

A 3,000 square-foot space, eXplore Live is designed to offer companies real-life examples of how technology can impact different industries, specifically for companies looking to reshore or modernize their operations in North America.

Technologies from Siemens’ Xcelerator portfolio will be on display, including a closed-loop digital twin, as well as its suite of low-code development platforms, smart infrastructure and industrial hardware.

The site is also envisioned as a space for workshops and creative spaces to allow businesses to explore opportunities and collaborations in automation technologies.

“Our alliance with Deloitte has been bringing together mutual customers to explore the future of manufacturing and industry 4.0 for over a decade,” said Bob Jones, Siemens EVP of global sales. “The opening of Siemens eXplore Live space at The Smart Factory @ Wichita is the next progression of this relationship; bringing to life the concepts, ideas and practicalities of The Smart Factory, and enabling customers in multiple industries to accelerate digital transformation and solve complex manufacturing challenges.”
