This year’s IoT World Austin event is just a few weeks away, and if you haven’t already planned your time at the show, we’ve selected some key sessions you don’t want to miss. 

How IoT Fuels EV’s and Smart Mobility

Nov. 2: 8:50-9:15 a.m.

Kicking off the talks on Nov. 2 will be Kate Kaufman, Michelin’s vice president of service and solutions operations. This session will focus on how customers can interact with EV data more efficiently and use it to power advancements in the industry. Kaufman will also discuss how to overcome the costs of design and deployment, to help businesses establish innovative EV projects. 

Fireside Chat: Transforming Transportation in the City of Peachtree Corners

Nov. 2: 12:30-12:55 p.m.

At the heart of Metro Atlanta, the City of Peachtree Corners – and its Curiosity Lab technology incubator – is leading the way in creating that blueprint on an unprecedented level on what more complete smart city ecosystems can and will look like in the U.S.

Curiosity Lab CTO Brandon Branham and IoT World editorial director Chuck Martin will discuss how Peachtree Corners is serving as a microcosm for what the smart cities of our future will look like. 

Falling Fast With Your IoT Deployment by Leaving AI Behind 

Nov. 2: 12:05-12:30 p.m.

Nestlé’s senior BRM/FRM business process automation manager Alberto Cozer breaks down IoT data overflow risks, how IoT can be an enabler for automation, IoT as a foundation for AI decision automation, along with Industry 4.0 highlights.
