According to The Creative Group Salary Guide, average starting compensation for creative positions is projected to increase an average of 3.6 percent in 2017. Jobs requiring digital skills – like user experience and mobile designers – are seeing the biggest pay gains.
In addition to higher salaries and signing bonuses, more companies are offering perks that support work-life balance and highlighting the positive aspects of their corporate culture to secure the talent they seek.
